I always wonder what pulls me to leave the high end hygienic restaurant to dhaba. The food in dhaba’s are unbeatable I don’t understand how they manage to maintain the same quality and taste of mouthwatering food all the time. And the best part of dhaba is you can see the preparation of food in front of you. So if you have a question of hygiene than trust me this food is more hygiene and tasty then any 5 star hotels. If you ask me my level of craving for dhaba food then it’s travelling to 26km away from my destination just to have tasty food.
